Calls and when you answer they hang up, sucks because I have a pay by the minute phone

Getting called from this number a lot. I know they are calling from Rome, GA. However I have no idea who it is

They called to tell me that I had a law suit about a payday loan I took out. The person I talked to Michael could not give me the company name nor the amount that I "supposedly" taken out. When I started to question the law suit he got very verbally aggressive with me telling me that I would be put in front of a judge and made to pay thousands of dollars then hung up on me. I called him back and he again hung up on me. I called one more time to talk to the person and told me not to call him anymore and hung up on me again. After 5 minutes I called again and no one answered the phone and went to a "GOOGLE" voicemail with not company or name listed."

Caller says nothing then I get a hang up.

The man asked to speak to my roommate. I believe he lives in Martinez, California.

Caller knows my name and simply asks "is this (my Name)". I say "yes" and the caller hangs up.

please stop this caller. i'm on the do not call registry.
